Questions
Why should we accept you into our staff team?
- I've held staff positions at every level from Operator to Senior Admin. I'm fairly professional when it comes to dealing with players and staff alike. I am a quick learner and as of right now I hold no experience with Nutscript commands, but I'm sure I could pick it up in no time.
What makes you different from other applicants?
- I'm a pretty solid guy when it comes to believing in something an I've been looking for a decent STALKER community for a while and figured I'd seize the chance to help one out when the time arose.
Scenarios
Two players are in a dispute over how things should go in a situation (more than likely a combat situation), both claiming that the other person's role play was illogical and unrealistic, what do you do?:
- I check the logs to review said Roleplay and if I found either person's roleplay unacceptable I'd explain why what they did was illogical and ask that redo their turn with a different more logical action. If neither side was in the wrong I'd tell them to quit arguing and play it out. If both sides were wrong I'd ask if either side would like to just void the situation and continue on their separate ways.
You have found an Admin, after a few complaints on the forums against him/her for abusing their powers, abusing their powers for their gain, what do you do?:
- I'd immediately take screenshots of what was happening, take screenshots of the appropriate logs and I'd keep my mouth shut until I was able to report it to either the Head Admin (Provided he wasn't abusing) or the Founders of the server. At no time would I tell the abuser I know what they've been doing.
