Role playing experience:
- 5+ years, including but not limited to: MTA:SA, Garry's Mod, WoW, SW:TOR(A lot), TES:O, PNP, etcetera. The list goes on.
Questions
Why should we accept you into our staff team?
- Because I'm experienced, trustworthy and durable. I used to administrate gangs on MTA, guilds, etc. I have administrated several Garry's Mod servers, including LemonPunch HL2RP (7+ months, resigned), Revotech (died), Lemonpunch GTARP (died), Lemonpunch TTT (ded) and a bunch of small servers amongst my friendlings. All in all I am very familiar with clockwork and administrating in general, and it's become routine.
With the boring stuff out of the way, let me go on. I have a large interest in the server, simply because S.T.A.L.K.E.R. RP used to be my favourite scheme, but it died.
If I could use a referral link, it'd be Coke.
I haven't been here long, however I don't think the other people have either. Communities have to grow, and in order for that to happen, chances have to be taken. I won't disappoint.
What makes you different from other applicants?
- Mainly my experience, however it is impossible for me to tell how the other applicants prove themselves.
I am certainly looking forward to meeting the community, in any case.
Scenarios
Two players are in a dispute over how things should go in a situation (more than likely a combat situation), both claiming that the other person's role play was illogical and unrealistic, what do you do?:
- First thing is to make sure both parties understand that they are not to fight, and once said parties are calmed, or left to boil, the logs are to be checked. Should one of the people's RP have been completely absurd or in no way realistic, the whole thing is either voided, or compromises are made, and the staff member has the final word. Compromises means that it will be fair to both of them, and if the other is insecure, either in the scheme or roleplaying itself, teaching will commence.
You have found an Admin, after a few complaints on the forums against him/her for abusing their powers, abusing their powers for their gain, what do you do?:
- As said staff member is expectantly higher ranked than me, they are to be adressed to someone above them as well, and purposedly a conversation between all three parts, where statements, points and proof will be shown. The situation is then handled calmly and hopefully amends will be made to the offender.
